Here is Mae doing her first homework of kindergarten. She has to write a letter 12 times and read a book each night. The first night she had a hard time doing her letter perfectly, she thought her a's were too skinny! But the rest of the evenings went smoothly....thank goodness! Mae loves to write the letters and words and loves to draw. She is beginning to sound out words and read beginning readers. It's amazing really, kindergarten has sure changed!
