Things are going along well here....I'm back to work and our babysitter Hiroko is here everyday now with Mae and Kate. She is pretty busy with them these days. Japan is so humid and hot we can't go outside with the girls...it's just too uncomfortable. So, poor Mae has been inside alot this month. She is an outdoor girl so it's been a tough month for her. She's doing ok though, we've almost mastered the potty and she has been busy learning how to glue things on paper. She makes little posters now. She's learning how to color and how to play some indoor games. Anything to pass the afternoon...anything other than videos. She does love them!
Phil has some good news....he has taken a new PE teaching position in Tokyo at an international school. He is commuting back and forth, about an hour and a bit each way on the fast train. He doesn't mind it. It's a nice new challenge for him. So it looks like we will remain in Japan for another while. Things are going well. Hopefully we will all move up to Tokyo next year.
Kate is getting chubby now...big giggles and she's as cute as a button. She is a great sleeper and she's overall a happy girl...we still can't believe she's here! precious....
