Check out Mae's new haircut. ...her first time to sit in the salon chair....ever!

We went out last Saturday and went into the first Japanese salon we saw along our little street. They were so kind and sweet to Mae. They loved having the little foreign girl and were all ooooing and awing over her. Mae didn't mind. The haircut turned out great and when we got home I couldn't stop looking at her....why didn't we do it sooner?!!!

We have been back at the usual routine.. it seems I'm not taking as many photos recently. We are all good and have settled back into our usual Japan routines....work, daycare, weekends, etc... we are good and the girls are growing fast. Mae is recently growing up and we think is past a rough patch. She isn't as emotional as she was and seems to be able to rationalize more....or understand us more. she is a real help to me around the house....even helps me fold the laundry! Kate is active now, grunts and points and screams to get things r to go where she wants. She is VERY attached to her mommy now and loves to cuddle. She is very sweet. We are beginning to see the sibling rivalry now as both are competing for attention and for certain things. We hope we teach them to get along and love each other.......fingers crossed!
