This evening we went for a walk along the seawall with our friend Ophelia and her dad Ged. It was a cloudy day today which was a welcome from the heat that's been going on here the past two weeks. We've been inside alot as it's too hot to go out...bring on the fall!

Kate is growing like a weed! We can see her over the baby bjorn now. Before her head was under the top of it and now she can face outward...she is 3 months old today! wow!


Mae was interested in all the stray cats at the beach....
